What this site is
This site describes what Forecaist does. It is information, not an offer to sell: there is no shop, no price list, no checkout, no account and no payment.
Getting in touch does not create a contract
Sending the contact form, or booking a call, commits neither of us to anything. If we go on to work together, that engagement is set out in a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
The figures we publish
The accuracy figures on the home page are measurements from one pilot, over a stated window, on a stated set of meters, and the page states that scope alongside them — including the meter that performed worse than the baseline.
They are a record of what happened there. They are not a prediction, a promise or a guarantee about your buildings, and no forecast should be relied on as if it were one. What your buildings would score is a question we can only answer by measuring them.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We may change, move or remove any part of it, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to Forecaist, except where something is credited otherwise. You are welcome to read, quote and link to it; please ask before republishing it.
Liability
Nothing here limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website.
